This policy explains what ARTHIS.space collects, what it does not, and who else receives data when you visit. It applies to https://arthis.space and every page on it.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail in order to play a game. What we do use is standard web analytics, and advertising served by Google, both of which involve cookies. Your game progress and settings are stored inside your own browser and are never sent to us.

Information stored in your browser

Games on this site save things like high scores, level progress, sound preferences and your light or dark theme choice using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers, it is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

Analytics

There is no analytics on this site at present. No measurement script is loaded, and we collect no statistics about which games you open or how you move between pages. This section previously described Google Analytics; it was describing something that was not actually running, which is not a useful thing for a privacy policy to do.

If analytics are added later, this section will describe exactly what is collected before the script goes live, and the date at the top of this page will change.

Advertising

This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. That involves the following:

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also serve ads on this site and may likewise use cookies to do so.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and we do not receive personal information about you from advertisers.

Cookies

Cookies on this site fall into two groups: those required for the site to function, and those set by Google and its advertising partners for advertising. There are no measurement or analytics cookies, because no analytics script runs here. You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Blocking them will not stop the games from working, though it may reset your saved progress and preferences.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent any visitor data.
• We do not require registration, and we do not maintain user accounts.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Children

The games on this site are suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at akversebusiness@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Third-party assets

Two things on this site are fetched from servers we do not run, and both mean your browser makes a request to a third party:

• Google Fonts. Every page and every game loads the Poppins typeface from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
• Three.js. The 3D games load the Three.js rendering library from the public CDN cdnjs.cloudflare.com the first time you open one.

Neither is used to identify you and neither sets a cookie for us, but both receive your IP address and browser details as part of any normal web request. We mention them because a privacy policy that lists only the obvious third parties is not a complete one.

Your choices and rights

You can clear the data stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings, opt out of personalised advertising using the links above, and use browser-level tracking protection if you prefer.
