Contact us
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it goes to a person rather than a ticket queue.
What to include
If you are reporting a problem with a game, the three things that help most are: which game, what device and browser you were using, and what happened compared with what you expected. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
What we can help with
- Bugs and broken controls. Games are tested across a range of devices, but not every one. If a control does not respond on your phone, we want to know.
- Game suggestions. Ideas for new games, or requests for a mode that an existing game is missing.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries. Anything commercial, including questions about how ads are served on this site.
- Content and privacy concerns. Including any request relating to data described in our privacy policy.
- Copyright. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email us with the details and the specific page, and we will act on it.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a score or a save. Progress is stored in your own browser's local storage and never reaches us, so once it is cleared there is no copy anywhere to restore from.
- Account problems. There are no accounts on this site. If something asked you to sign in and claimed to be us, it was not.
- Payments or refunds. Nothing here costs anything and there is no payment form on the domain, so there is nothing to refund.
- Online matchmaking. No game here plays over the internet against a stranger; the two-player games are two people at one device. That is a design decision, not a fault.
Reporting an advertisement
Advertising on this site is served by Google and chosen by their networks, not by us. If an ad here looks misleading, inappropriate or broken, send a screenshot and roughly when you saw it. We cannot remove a specific advertiser directly, but reports do get passed on, and repeated ones can be blocked at the network level.
Response time
This is a small independent site run by one person, so replies typically take one to three working days. Reports that affect whether a game is playable are dealt with first. If something here is broken on your device and nobody tells us, it usually stays broken — there is no QA team to catch it.
